Is there a limit on volume?
Large sets are what Basic and Standard Retouching are for, and bulk or monthly work gets a custom plan.
Will my clients know?
Only if you tell them. The finished files come back to you, and you deliver them to your clients.
Can I test it first?
Yes. Use the free trial with your own images, or order one gallery at the published per-image rates.
What files should I send?
High-resolution RAW, TIFF, PSD or JPEG, plus two or three of your own finished edits as the reference for the look.
How do the files reach you?
Through the client portal, or a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Pixieset link with access switched on.
How long does a set take?
Basic and Standard Retouching each have a 24-hour delivery time. For bulk or monthly work, the custom plan is built around your delivery needs.
