The workflow

  1. Send the selects and the reference

    Order through the catalog and upload your chosen frames, along with the campaign grade or reference look if one is already established.

  2. We confirm the direction

    How far to take skin, whether liquify is wanted, and any brand rules the images have to sit inside — agreed before work starts, not assumed.

  3. Beauty retouching

    Frequency separation and dodge and burn on skin, then hair, eyes and detail work, then colour and finish across the series.

  4. Review and revisions

    You review at full resolution and raise notes. Revisions are worked in and the finished files are delivered.

  • What type of files should I upload?

    Please upload high-resolution RAW, TIFF, PSD, or JPEG files. For best results, RAW or high-resolution JPEG files are recommended.

  • Do you make skin look completely smooth?

    Our goal is to keep skin natural and premium. We remove distractions while preserving realistic skin texture.

  • Can I send reference images?

    Yes. Reference images help us match your preferred retouching style, color tone, and overall finishing.

  • Is background cleanup included?

    Minor cleanup is included. Advanced object removal or complex background cleanup may require an add-on or custom quote.

  • How many revisions are included?

    One revision is included. Additional revisions can be added if needed.
