The workflow

1. 01

   Send the files and the brief

   Order through the catalog and upload your files, with a note on the look you are after and where the images will be published.

2. 02

   Reference and direction

   If you have a finished frame, a preset or a mood reference, send it. Matching an established look is far more reliable than describing one.

3. 03

   Retouching

   Skin, tone, colour and distraction removal worked frame by frame, then checked across the set for consistency.

4. 04

   Review and revisions

   You review the finished frames and raise notes. Revisions are worked in before final delivery.

Frequently asked

• How is this different from Beauty Retouching?+

  Standard is a clean, professional finish for portrait, lifestyle and commercial work. Beauty Retouching goes further — frequency separation, dodge and burn sculpting, and the level of detail expected in beauty, fashion and editorial. If the image is a beauty close-up, choose Beauty.

• Will my subject still look like themselves?+

  Yes. Skin texture is preserved rather than smoothed, and only temporary marks are removed. If you want a lighter or heavier hand than our default, say so and we will work to it.

• Can you match the rest of my shoot?+

  Send a frame you have already finished and we will match the set to it, so the retouched images sit alongside your own work without a visible seam.

• What do I receive?+

  Full-resolution finished files in the format you specify. Tell us at order time if you need a layered file rather than a flattened one.
