The workflow

  1. Send the files

    Upload your RAW, TIFF, PSD or high-resolution JPEG files through the catalog order, with a note on how the set will be used.

  2. We confirm the brief

    If anything in the set needs a heavier tier than Basic, we say so before starting rather than after invoicing.

  3. Retouching

    Cleanup, skin evening, and exposure and colour correction applied across the set so the frames stay consistent with one another.

  4. Review and delivery

    You review the set and raise notes. Corrections are worked in and the finished files are delivered in the formats you asked for.

Frequently asked

  • What file types should I send?

    RAW, TIFF, PSD or high-resolution JPEG. RAW gives the most latitude for exposure and colour work, so send it where you have it.

  • How is Basic different from Standard Retouching?

    Basic covers cleanup, skin evening and colour correction. Standard adds closer per-frame attention — more careful skin work, tone shaping and detail refinement. If the images are going to be looked at closely or printed large, Standard is usually the better fit.

  • Can you match a look I have already established?

    Yes. Send a reference frame you have already finished, or your preset or LUT, and we will work the set to match it.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Ordering is per image through the catalog, so you can send a single frame or a full set. Pricing and any volume terms are shown at checkout.
