The workflow

  1. Send the frames and the brief

    Order through the catalog and upload the files, with layouts, brand guidelines or a reference grade if the images have to sit inside an existing campaign.

  2. We scope the work

    We confirm what each image involves and which tier it falls into before starting. Anything not achievable from the supplied files is flagged now, not at delivery.

  3. Retouching and post-production

    Skin and detail, then compositing, cleanup and correction, then the grade applied across the set.

  4. Review and revisions

    You review at full resolution and raise notes. Revisions are worked in and final files are delivered in the formats you need.

    You can upload files directly through the portal or share a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Pixieset link. Please make sure the files are accessible.

  • Do you keep the retouching natural?
