The subject is standing on a step ladder that is fully visible and that sets the height of the whole pose. It cannot be cropped out without losing the legs, and the studio's frontal pink light is the opposite of the scene's.

Transformation details

The car was placed so its door line lands where the ladder's top step was, which puts the body at the height it was actually photographed at.
The ladder was removed and the interior rebuilt behind the figure rather than around it.
The pink key was replaced with a warm practical from the car and a cool fill from the sky, so the modelling on the face comes from the new scene.
Smoke and light streaks were added last, softest nearest the camera.
