Project overview

Two subjects at very different heights were captured on a flat pink backdrop. Any environment placed behind them has to work for both eye lines at once, or one of them ends up floating.

Transformation details

The court was built with its perspective set from the taller subject's feet, then checked against the smaller one — the horizon has to be right for both or the composite fails at the ground.
Both figures were given separate contact shadows at their own scale rather than one shared blob.
A building and planting were added behind at a distance that keeps the court reading as the subject's space.
Props on the ground were placed to close the empty lower corners without crowding the figures.
