Project overview
The capture is strong but the backdrop is a flat warm wall that gives the frame no depth and no story. The pose is doing all the work.
Transformation details
A desert horizon was placed low so the figure keeps its height in the frame, and a night sky was built above with the brightest area behind the shoulders.
The backdrop's warm cast was neutralised out of the skin before the new cool grade went on, so the tone did not go green in the middle.
A camel was added at a distance that reads as scale rather than as a second subject.
The gown's own fabric was extended into the sand so the dress meets the ground properly.
