The capture has a bright circular light directly behind the head — a strong, deliberate element that any new background has to keep rather than fight.

Transformation details

The circular light was preserved and the new set built around it, so the halo stays the frame's brightest point and the relight is unnecessary.
The plinth was replaced with a piano positioned so the subject's seated line lands on the instrument rather than beside it.
A stool and floor were added underneath with shadows matched to the existing key.
The grade was pulled toward monochrome with the flowers left as the single point of colour.
