Project overview

The room is in the picture: a wall corner on the right, a dark door edge, and floor. The pose and the drape are clean, but the frame around them is a working studio.

Transformation details

A large petal form was built behind the figure at a scale that reads as a setting rather than a prop, which also removes the wall and door in one move.
The drape was extended down into the petal so the fabric and the background share one surface.
The light was kept soft and frontal to match the capture, with a slight falloff added at the frame edges for containment.
Skin was given a light pass only — the frame is about the fabric.
